Conscious Breathing Is My Anchor

This is Viloma Krama. Krama translates as ‘Steps’ and Viloma translates as ‘against the grain. In this guided practice your focus will be on your inhalations. Breathing in and up in steps of breath. Each step is a pause. You’ll be guided to sip in your breath, then pause, again sip in and pause and continue to climb up to the fifth step. Next, breathing out fully in one continuous breath.

If you feel tired or tense, stop and rest by relaxing on your back. As always be guided by your body and your breath.

This practice is slightly stimulating and brings a sense of ease and lightness to the body.
