There are deadlines to meet, projects to complete, and a never-ending list of tasks to accomplish. 

That’s why I’ve created a program that helps employees manage stress, build resilience, and stay healthy both physically and mentally. 

My program includes a variety of tools and resources to support wellness at work including:

PROCESS and DELIVERABLES

Over a 5 week period each week will have a specific focus: 

DESTRESS:  

Breath management skills to destress and decompress. Enabling them to respond effectively in challenging situations.  

ENGAGE:

Mind practices that will allow participants to be more at ease in themselves whilst  improving their relationships with others.

MOTIVATE:

Learn to switch off at the end of a busy day so that they arrive fresh and eager to engage in their work the next day.

GROWTH:

Improve their mental flexibility to enhance good judgement and increase analytical skills.

SUSTAIN:

Transition to daily practice and preparation for 30 days supported at home practice.

HOW IT WORKS:

  1. Over a 5 week period your employee’s will gather in person at their place of work for a weekly 2 hour workshop (*optional: 2 x 1 hour weekly sessions)

  2. Each workshop includes discussion, movement, breath practice, mediation and Q + A

  3. Access to a private members area with pre-recorded videos and audio mediations

  4. All equipment is provided: mats, blocks, bolsters, belts and blankets

  5. At the end of the 5 weeks employees transition to a self led 30 day at home practice fully supported by:

    • Workbook with daily journal

    • Pre recorded daily practices

    • Access to me via email for additional support and any questions
