Student Wellbeing programmes are run during study weeks and when students feel under pressure.

How the programme works:

3 Sessions run over three consecutive days

  • BODY: Releasing the stored tension that is held in the body due to worry, anxiousness, sleepless nights etc…

  • BREATH: Using the breath to be calm and present, also practices to energise and stimulate when needed.

  • MIND: Practices to bring peace and relaxation to an overactive mind.

Each session is 60 mins and I’m available after the class for questions and for anything that arises.
